Arlington Charites CSR Guidelines
1. New community service workers must bring in a copy of their court paperwork, CSR (Community Service Restitution) timesheet, and a form of ID. We do not accept violent crimes. (domestic violence, gang-related, assaults, etc.)
2. Timesheets are kept until CSR hours are completed. Staff will make a copy of timesheets and give community service workers the original.
3. You must wear closed-toe shoes. NO SANDALS, HOUSE SHOES, OR CROCS. No pajama pants. Shorts and tank tops must be the appropriate length. No clothing with drug- or alcohol-related words or images. Keeping purses and personal items in daily use lockers or your vehicle is recommended. Arlington Charities is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
4. No guns or weapons are permitted in the building or on property.
5. No earbuds or air pods are allowed; cell phone usage is limited to emergency use only.
6. You may not bring spouses, significant others or children with you while completing CSR hours.
7. Community service workers will create an account and sign in at the kiosk station.
8. Community service workers will put on a “Temporary Volunteer” name tag.
9. You must tell a staff member before going on a break, you must sign in/out for anything exceeding 10 minutes.
10. Community service workers must work at least 1 hour before signing out.
11. Community service workers may not take food from the building. You may sign up with Client Services and receive the food that we are offering that day.
